The CLC is providing mental health training for all clergy and lay people that provide pastoral care. This training will help us to practice our listening skills, look for signs of bigger issues and signpost individuals to further help. We will also discuss how we can manage our own good mental health in the practice of self-care.
Our facilitator is Emma Navabian (UKCP registered Psychotherapist & Counsellor working in Higher Education and Mental Health Trainer)
There will be a small fee for participants (£5) to secure a place. Lunch will be provided. We encourage any members of your congregation who are in the position of providing pastoral care within your churches to attend.
Email chaplain@lutheran.org.uk to book a place.
