Structure

The Lutheran Council of Great Britain is a registered charity (No. 232042) and a company limited by guarantee (No. 557552), incorporated in England and Wales. The registered address is 30 Thanet Street, London WC1H 9QH, UK.

Members are nominated by the churches that they represent. At present the Council has 20 members representing 10 churches. The Council elects the trustees of the charity, who are also the directors of the company. They, and other directors duly appointed, are responsible for managing the affairs of the organisation.
