The year 2017 marked the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the Reformation. On this occasion the Council of Lutheran Churches in Great Britain presented Martin Luther and His Legacy to tell the story of the development of Lutheran communities in the UK. This historical survey takes the reader through 500 years of Lutheranism, concluding with a picture of the Lutheran church as it exists in Great Britain today. This book can be ordered from Lulu.com.

As part of the 500th Anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation a service was held at Westminster Abbey followed by a Symposium at St Margaret's, Westminster. This commemorative booklet records this special ecumenical event and includes photos, the liturgy of the service, and Archbishop Justin Welby's sermon. If you would like to receive a complimentary copy of this booklet, please contact enquiries@lutheran.org.uk.
